The 3-day Detroit Bookfest “Book-cation Weekend” (July 18-20, 2025) is coming up fast!
Detroit and the entire Southeast Michigan region offers a great variety of bookstores, libraries, hotels, restaurants, bars, parks, cultural attractions, live music venues, historical gems, and more!
Anchored by a series of Author Talks at Detroit Public Library on Friday, and Bookfest at Eastern Market on Sunday, the annual book party weekend has been dubbed “Book-cation Weekend” and will feature several fun events listed below.
We are thrilled to see how Detroit Bookfest has morphed from a one-day event into a 3-day weekend-long extravaganza!
